Design Notes

a NOR gate

wild type sulA promoter, with two lexA binding sites and two lacI binding site. The lexA binding site is wild type operator from sulA promoter, and the lacI binding site is lacO2. One of the lexA binding sites is at the same location as wild type sulA promoter and the other one is 30bp upstream. The upstream lacO2 sites locate at the same positions as in wild type lac promoter and the downstream one shifts 20bp.
